How to Submit a Bingo Drop
General Instructions
1. Navigate to your team's board page
2. Find the tile you want to submit for
3. Click the "Submit" button on that tile
4. Fill out the submission form with your details
5. Upload your screenshot and submit
Tile Types
Single Completion Tiles
These tiles are completed with a single submission.
- Select your player name from the dropdown
- Upload a screenshot showing the completion
- Screenshot must show: the drop/achievement, your player name, and the bingo password on screen
Quantity Tiles
These tiles require collecting a specific quantity of one item. Multiple team members can contribute.
- Enter the quantity you're submitting (e.g., if you got 50 of the required item)
- The item name is automatically filled in
- Upload a screenshot showing your collection
- Progress bars will track your team's total progress toward the goal
Collection Tiles
These tiles require collecting all items from a specific list. Different team members can submit different items.
- Select which item from the list you're submitting
- Upload a screenshot showing you obtained that specific item
- Each item can only be submitted once per team
- The tile completes when all required items have been submitted
Screenshot Requirements
Your screenshot MUST show:
- The item drop or achievement being claimed
- Your player name visible in the game
- The bingo password on screen (ask clan leadership for the current password)
Screenshots that don't meet these requirements will be rejected by referees.
After You Submit
Under Review: Your submission will show as "Under Review" until a referee approves or rejects it.
Approved: Once approved, the tile progress will update and count toward your team's score.
Rejected: If rejected, you'll see a reason why. Fix the issue and resubmit.
